Learn about breastfeeding basics, feeding positions, recognizing hunger cues, latching fundamentals, burping, pumping, and milk storage. This class helps mothers prepare questions, understand common feeding challenges, and learn when to seek individualized help from a qualified lactation professional.

Important: Hands-on lactation assessment and individualized medical feeding advice should be provided by an appropriately qualified professional, such as an IBCLC.
